Thanks! To be honest, I am secretly hoping that it won't sell. Then I can go back to my wife and tell her I have no choice but to hang on to it and finish paying it off. You know, "forced" to keep it
I am rather surprised that this has not sold. My only reservation is I am not a yellow guy. At all. I want to applaud you on your ad.... Wow is it thorough. It goes the distance to alleviate any concerns a buyer might have. At least it would for me.

Trivial question but how are the canards installed? can they be removed without evidence of prior installation?

Good ad, well done telling the couple stories, fair price.

As mentioned, repeatedly. What an incredibly transparent and more than detailed for sale ad. I can't even imagine how long it took to put together, but I'm sure it will pay off when the right buyer comes along.
Beauty of a car too!!

Hi, they are installed with two rivets on each side. This means if you were to take them off you would need to do something with the small holes I assume. Maybe two tiny plugs painted Speed Yellow rather than respraying the whole bumper. Thank you for the compliment.

Thank you! Many hours up front but probably saves me from answering the same questions repeatedly

Finally got a chance to add all of the photos (and many more) to a Google Photos album:

Added this link to the very beginning of the ad for those with crashing issues opening this photo-heavy thread.

Quick updates to mileage and zip code:

I've moved the car (gently) to our new house. Current mileage is now 26,803

New garaged location is 30132. Just up the road about 15min.

I'm more curious than a potential buyer, so ignore me if desired.

Why would Porsche be compelled to cover any drivetrain related issues under the CPO warranty with all of the modifications done? You even stated that the dealer that did the CPO wasn't aware of the modifications. I'm guessing they would NOT Have CPO'd the car had they been.

They CPO'd the car with the mods. I can see how they wouldn't have known about the transmission work. I actually flew down to buy the car with no idea of any modifications (not even the engine-out coolant fitting job) except the obvious carbon dive planes. Frankly, it was a hell of nice surprise to me to get about $20K+ in undisclosed goodies that I would've done anyways.

My understanding is that the mods wouldn't be covered themselves but if there was a drivetrain issue they would simply replace the parts with stock. My plan if something needed work would have been to argue that the car was CPO'd in its current state and that I would expect them to retain its current state.

I do know that CPO allows for the exhaust modification for example and still be CPO'd, but won't warranty the aftermarket part itself.

Great looking car, a Speed Yellow GT3 6MT is a very rare find. If you've never seen a Speed Yellow Porsche you owe it to yourself to take a look. Personally I would be all over this if I didn't have my TTS. And thanks for your honesty and thoroughness, they are a rare combination in today's "stick it to-um, buyer beware world". GLWS, I hope it happens soon!
