1989 951 turbo S $7,800 obo

- Baltic Blue exterior paint; currently needs new paint
- Burgandy FULL Leather interior in good condition, dash has cracks, steering wheel and center console door needs repair. Rear hatch carpet faded
- Body has 260,000 miles, car shows evidence of repaired front end light body damage. Currently there are small dents at the driver side front fender, passenger side rear fender and front bumper. Original owner was afraid of flying and commuted often from Sun Valley, ID to the Bay Area
- Clear California title; street legal, only needs smog certificate to transfer title, current registration paid to March 2018
- Engine was replaced with a complete low mileage '89 turbo S engine but documentation has been lost. In the last approximate 25K miles, engine was updated to factory forged RARST rods, new rod bearings, oil pan trap door modification, new piston rings, KISS oil cooler and Jon Milledge custom air/oil separator kit were installed. Head was given a mild port job and O-ringed by Pacific Performance (Porsche specialist machinist Mike Stimson); wide fire ring head gasket, new water lines throughout. Engine runs good but has small exhaust leak at the crossover pipe
- Recaro SRD seats, two holes in the driver side bolster
- Six point racing harness installed (currently out of date), original belts included
- Six point Autopower roll cage with custom seat back brace and fire extinguisher w/ bracket; car did have NASA, SCCA and Porsche Club/GGR log books (all lost)
- Original big black (928S4) Brembo calipers, slotted brake rotors, front brake ducts, special F/R brake pressure regulator, stainless steel flex brake lines, hi-temp brake fluid
- Koni adjustable front struts with height adjustable stock springs were rebuilt 25K miles ago. New adjustable Koni rear shocks at the same time. Front and rear fully adjustable Weltmeister sway bars with upgraded competition links. Ride height lowered front and rear. Weltmeister strut tower brace
- 9" original factory Club Sport wheels front and rear (originally 7" fronts), steel lug nuts
- Transmission has oil cooler, special limited slip and hardened 1st & 2nd gears
- Original owners manual, non smoker, no pets
- This car still holds class lap time records for PCA/GGR from years ago!

Car was updated to a street / track car in the early 2000s by myself. I then found by accident an original factory 944T race car which I purchased to continue my racing endeavors. I then sold this Turbo S to my Porsche machinist at Pacific Performance. While being very enthusiastic, he found time to attend only a couple Porsche Club time trial events and the car was regulated to an occasional street duty car and parked outside. I recently purchased the car back unfortunately from his estate.
