BASED UPON YOUR PREVIOUS POST "CATASTROPHIC ENGINE FAILURE" AND PREVIOUS DESCRIPTION OF METAL IN MOTOR, YOUR DISCLOSURE OF A $3000 FIX IS NOT ACCURATE. AND I BELIEVE THERE ARE ENOUGH INFORMED INDIVIDUALS ON THE FORUM THAT EVEN IF IT WAS THE BEARING IT COULD STILL NOT BE FIXED FOR $3000. WOULD HATE TO SEE SOMEONE PURCHASE THIS CAR AND EXPECT TO GET FIXED FOR YOUR PROPOSED COST. HONESTLY IS THE BEST POLICY.

Read all the notes.
The car is as is.
I was quoted 3-4K for a IMS repair
15-20k for a engine swap
and 8-16k as a roller.
There is nothing to hide. The engine should not be ran. It's stated in the thread.
I'm not proposing any price for a repair or what repair needs to happen.
But I appreciate your input even in ALL CAPS to get your point across

Posting that your motor is shot on the internet is a double edged sword...
You got lots of good info, but you now permanently posted the cars short comings for life... (and your license plate too by the way)
I think what the prior poster is trying to say is that your ad says its needs a "$3000 IMS or an engine replacement." That's not what your prior thread said. There, it sounded like it definitely needs an engine...
You are putting yourself at risk with your ad, should someone buy it and think all it needs is an IMS...
Peace...
