The good: Clean CarFax, title in hand. Try to find a silver manual 964; It is truly stunning looking. Florida car, no winters, zero rust. Solid, solid, solid. Recent $3,500+ tune-up by John at Protosport in New Jersey - plugs, wires, belts, hoses, you name it. No leaks. Pulls extremely strong, performance chip. New H&R "AH" deep coilovers, tasteful silver trim (gauge rings, shifter, sills), new Momo Prototipo wheel (I have the stock one, if you want that ugly thing), secondary muffler bypass, clear front indicators (I have the amber ones for you/ will gladly install). New Blaupunkt stereo with Ipad/ Blue Tooth + original "premium stereo package" sounds very good (well, for a 911) Tracks straight/ starts every time; stays cool/ pulls harder than my 993; shifts very smooth (no grinding anywhere on downshifts), clutch action perfect. Original manual, jack, spare, keys and tools. (no compressor)
The less good: I bought this car from an artist in Tampa, Florida who kept it outside...sometimes with a cover, sometimes not. The top of the clear coat was trashed. I worked with Protosport to try to preserve it, we couldn't. I had the top of the car repainted at the body shop next door to them (forget the name) - front bumpers, hood, roof, down the trunk, and rear bumper. They did an excellent job. As a result of the cover use, there are fine scratches in the tops of the wings (shows up more in some light - very, very hard to photograph), and there is a patch of fine scratches in the D/S door. Protosport recommended we leave original, so as not to re-paint/ de-value the car. These MAY be able to be removed by the right body shop. That all said 90% of people would not notice, but most on this forum probably would. The artist also kept almost no records, but I had everything done. I know very little about history prior to my ownership, other than Carfax. Car is in Northern New Jersey.

Bump for a great 964 example!
I know the car well and in fact saw her this past weekend - what a well sorted car! I was driving behind her all the way to a big VW/Audi car show, and frankly she had the most crowd gather around her - throughout the day! Way to crash the party! LOL Whoever gets her will not be disappointed.

NEW PRICE $60k
Reducing the price for my 964. It is going in next weekend to get the original wheels/ brakes put on and get raised up a bit.
I will also add pics of the minor scratches. When the car is in the garage, you can't see them. When in bright sun or certain cloudy days they show up. You could repaint the door, but would probably want to leave the ones on the top of the wings alone 95% of people would not notice.

Scratches
The car is in my garage, and you cannot see the fender wing scratches, and just a bit on the door, but in direct sunlight, they show up. I would re-paint the door (if keeping) and leave the wings alone.
