The car is a clean title, no accident, no stories car.
Car has been nothing but amazing to me but I'm consolidating and this is one of the cars that has to go.
As you can see in the pictures, it has been tastefully modified...This one is my "Baby Gt3"
Car has all maintenance up to date including most recently IMS & RMS about 1K miles ago.
On to the more interesting things:
Exterior:
- 997.2 GT3 style front bumper.
- OEM GT3 Motorsports front valence.
- OEM 997.2 rear conversion. (Both bumper and taillights are OEM)
- GT3 RS style rear decklid. (Factory decklid also available)
- BBS CHR with Micheline Super Pilot Sports (Carrera Sport wheels available. the ones that have the Pana Sport look.)
- Yellow powder coated stock brembos
- Piano Black painted side mirrors
Performance:
- OEM GT3 short ratio steering
- OEM GT3 short shifter cables
- OEM GT3 Throttle body
- OEM GT3 Limited Slip Differential
- Cold Air intake
- IPD Plenum
- Custom Pipe (keeping side mufflers) car sounds amazing.
- Carbo Fiber Tips. Not really a performance part, but whatever they look great LOL. (Driver side was loose at the time i took the pictures...that's why it hangs a bit on the pictures. it has been tightened and its straight/square with passenger side.)
- Custom tune (To alleviate that flat spot 3.6's get with the GT3 throttle body and Plenum)
- BC Racing Coilovers
Interior:
- OEM GT3 alcantara shift ****
- OEM GT2 997.2 partial alcantara door cards. (these have the updated window switches that don't fail)
- Alcantara Steering wheel
- Rennline floor mats (Stock floor mats available)
- Rennline pedal set with Heal/Toe & foot rest.
- Carbon fiber door sills
- Piano Black center console and other bits (sport chrono, door handle rest, etc)
Let me know if you have any other questions. Feel free to text or call me: 3054698304.
I'm open to repurchase inspections at buyers expense and can assist with shipping...i know what its like to purchase out of state.
Cheers!

I forgot to mention that the previous owner installed a OEM GT3 limited slip differentiations as well. I will be adding this to the list of goodies in the original post.

Incredible. Pretty much exactly what I'm going for with my .2 build. GLWS!
Would certainly be interested in your rear decklid/wing setup if you were willing to part.
