Hello everybody!

My name is Tyler Heinzelmann and I am a long time Rennlist and Smokies GT member. Most of you will know me by my Instagram (Heinz_Nation) and from my previous role as Lead Driving Instructor for PEC Atlanta as well as my various roles with Porsche Cars North America. I will be representing Porsche Atlanta Perimeter for the Rennlist community, and I will be posting our unique cars and fighting for the enthusiast. I have personally launched all Porsche models to market, so I am always happy to answer any questions and serve as a resource to the Rennlist community. I have also been racing my entire life, and I have been a development driver for a few brands. My 997.2 GT3 has 43,000 miles, and I am loving every second of it.

I have sold a few Manual 991.2 GT3 at MSRP to enthusiast only, so I will keep the community updated on all of our special cars and inventory. Thank you for taking the time to read my post, and I look forward to working with you.

I have know Tyler since his Porsche Corporate Days and He is a solid guy.
He is a True Enthusiast like Most of us on here. He is very knowledgeable about all Things Porsche with out the BS.

I can attest to Tyler's credibility as well, he is very knowledgeable with all things Porsche and is a true enthusiast as well as always promoting himself professionally.
I have personally gained a wealth of knowledge from attending many of his training launches either in the classroom or by his outstanding driver instruction on the track.

Another guy here that personally knows Tyler. Stand up guy and truly a hardcore Porsche enthusiast. I'm not a Porsche guy (yet), but when I'm finally in a place to start looking Tyler will be the first person I call.

Hey!

The original in service date is 01/10/2017. The car has an original 4 year/ 50K warranty and the CPO extends an additional two years/ unlimited mileage.

Penske has the exact same car here in AZ and it has not moved in 6-months at $182k. Sale 2500 miles and same options.

Def seems like the GT3/GT3RS market has come down quite a bit.
I wonder if it's because of the new 992's that people are waiting for or something else?
I am in the market for one now to turn into my new track toy. Looks like wait and see has paid off for me, at least a little. I almost pulled the trigger a year ago and very glad I didn't.
Did Porsche make too many of these cars and the flippers are a little worried now?
Gonna watch this market very closely and pull the trigger soon....

Hi Tyler,

The 3 or 3 RS I want will become a track only toy and will be trailered to the track.
Front axle lift and PCCB's are a waste for this reason, at least to me.
Full buckets are almost a must have as I can then just put in a harness bar for the 6 pts without buying new race seats.
Special color or PTS would be great as well. UV, any Green, etc.
Keep your eyes open for me. Thanks....
