Its going to get pretty hot and steamy in there.
Can you use a dehumidifier and drain outside with a hose?

I leave my track car in my trailer year round and I'm in Florida. I have had no issues with the heat so far. It's been stored in my trailer for 2 years now.

I'm in Houston (hot and humid summers), and my Spec Miata lives in my enclosed trailer year round. It's under covered storage and I leave the trailer vent open. No issues at all.

Based on the other responses I guess I worry too much.

That's what I do with our RV because it can smell a little musty otherwise. But that's different because the RV has carpet, cloth furniture, bedding, etc., that can absorb moisture and odor. Not an issue with a race car.

Makes sense - with a cloth seat, harnesses, and maybe carpet would be helpful avoiding potential mildew.
When I had my 1984 dual use car after leaving the car garaged one very damp summer it did smell of mildew, though it was easily removed.

If you are worried about dampness/moisture, you can put one of these in the trailer:

Amazon Amazon

I keep one in my trailer and it lasts about 6 months. They work very well for me, even in humid Houston.

In the winter I run a heater to make sure my tires don't freeze. Trickle charger for the battery, etc. GPS tracker to feel "safe".

what do you guys do for the tires on the car.
i have slicks on them, what is the proper treatment for storage? over inflate them? cross my fingers and hope for no flat spots? pull the car out and drive it in parking lot every now and again?
my car essentially is going in the trailer from june to sept.

I always over-inflate my tires before rolling it into the trailer.

What about NE winters? Take battery out, put it on tricke charger in garage, leave car on scrubs in trailer, put good tires in (warmer) garage so they don't freeze, replace water with antifreeze? What else?
