They're very pretty. Much prettier than a RAM. More high tech too.
But I find their modern attempts at Diesel engines uninspiring and a bit unproven. I like the character of a inline 6 cummins turbo diesel. And an Aisin tranny. But I do wish I had the looks and tech of a ford

Waiting to see what they will do to correct this. I have a 2016 3500 with the Aisin and 4.10s it is a heck of a combo.

I like the look of the Ford but they want a premium for all that new technology as well.

I am quite happy with my 2011. Its a monster, quite comfortable (basic package) and exactly what I need.
I have a long bed, so it is very stable pulling even in very gusty winds. More than that, I love the exhaust brake.

Had a '13 Ram 1500 Quadsport........bulletproof.....now I have a '16 Quadpsort, so far bulletproof....... and they both tow just fine....... a software upgrade.......not a big deal.....surprised that this would even generate any attention on RL, 'cuz its not like P-cars have been issue free since say, '99..... today's vehicles, with their safety equipment and electronics........surprised there have not been more issues, across the whole automotive spectrum.....

2014 1500 Crew Cab

nice enough truck, suspension a bit iffy, but I run mostly empty and pickups
iirc are set up to have about 300 lbs. in the bed

other than an a small oil leak at the manifold, no complaints

just waiting for the letter
