Default WTB - Aluminum lightweight trailer - NorCal

Searching for a Trailex 8045 or similar somewhere near Northern California. Limited tow vehicle, so need as light weight as possible. Shoot me a PM if anyone has any leads!

After just securing a great trailer parking spot (close to home and inexpensive), I've also been searching for a trailer in the NorCal area. Haven't been able to find anything used. But the Featherlite dealer in Half Moon Bay has a few new 3110 -17's available. Today I checked out a Sloan Kwik Load, which is steel, but I really like the convenience of the bed tilt mechanism which is going to make loading and unloading easy.

Curious, what tow vehicle will you be using? I'm going to be using a 2016 GLE 350, just doing more research to make sure a 997 with a steel trailer like the Sloan isn't going to be an issue.

Had an 18' of those for years. Mine had the ATP decking, wind/stone guard and upgraded 15" wheels/tires. Weight on mine per OEM was 1350 lbs. Steel would be more. I went with 15" since replacement tires were more common than 14" in case of a blow out on the road.
My old Cayman R would barely load without scraping, but my GT4 needed 2 x 10s. Again, the bed angle changes by going to 15" wheels/tires versus the std 14"

It's a 2004 Land Cruiser. Rated at 6500 lbs tow capacity and I'm trying to be well below that. A new Featherlite is my back up plan.
