Hi, first time posting here, but have been a forum member a long time and have purchased things from members as well.
I've had an allocation fall into my lap and I'm going to take the leap of faith as we only live once, right?
I ordered this car as a forever, or at least a 7-10 year car, fitting the purpose of all I've ever looked for in a drivers car.; and it F'n delivered, 100%. It pains me to sell her, but I just can't afford both, so trying something different for a little while in a very out of character play for me.
Long story short, I have a tight window so posting this for someone who's been lurking to find the perfect 'grab and go' car. Plan as of now is to turn it in on Sept 21, so if you're looking for the right car - here she is.
Original owner 2023 GT4 in Shark Blue
Manual Transmission
18-way seats with full leather seat shells - really helps the interior not feel cheap once you really notice the grey hard plastic standard seat backs/trim.
Steel brakes
Black wheels
Window sticker in first reply post
15,250 miles currently, won't go up much if at all over next 2 weeks.
Silver stitching
Full OEM Navigation retrofit, including map display in right-hand gauge pod screen.
The good:
Full body PPF from first driven mile including 10 or 12mm in higher impact areas behind wheels/intake leading edge
JCR Titanium valved rear section
Akra Titanium OAP
Cargraphic valve controller
center console auto-blip auto stop/start memory module
set of OZ Superlegerra 19" in silver with A/S rubber mounted and TPMS (~7,000-7,500 miles on the rubber/tires)
Front/Rear Blackvue
Hardwired for an RJ-11 radar detector mounted near the rear-view mirror
4RS rear aluminum trim finisher
Frunk liner
Clear markers
The bad/What I'd address over the next 6 months if I were not moving it on:
Windshield has a chip my dealer fixed and I am not happy with/I wouldn't sell it like this. I have low deductible glass coverage, and would replace at dealership before sale, but disclosing this. It's also part of my trade, so happening either way.
It's probably time for new rear cup 2's - I would plan to do it if keeping the car until next spring, but I may be **** retentive.
Front lip has seen a few scrapes - the car is driven as intended but never been tracked (SADLY). I've seen most of my last 2 years of good weather months consumed with work travel, so a huge majority of my leisure time and miles have been spent in spring/fall in the mountains near the PA/NJ/NY border region, and there are some steeper intersections I've had to navigate over 15k miles - I see it as a badge of honor, though I personally would probably replace as part of my clean up winter process this year.
Frankly, the lip on these should be seen as a wear item for anyone not just c&c using the thing, but that's just my opinion.
2 year service due in November
You may see a non-Porsche oil change (maybe 2..) on the carfax if pulled. I ALWAYS do a 1200 mile change on my sports cars - it's served me great over the years, and this was done at Apex Autowerks in Clifton NJ. If anyone knows them, they're top notch.
Additionally, Porsche did my '1 year scheduled' at about 9 months and 6,500 miles, with me then dong one at Apex again 5k miles later as is my routine interval.
Window Sticker; not in my hands presently. I have had some weird bad luck and had a 2nd flood event in 5 years, this time where my documents storage has been. I had/have the window sticker laminated and it was not wet, but as part of cleanup all of my paperwork has been moved offsite and isn't with me now; when I get there to get it if you buy there car, I will send at my expense ASAP.. I have my service binder here, but not the bigger laminated item.
It's time for year 2 full wheels off scrub and detail over the winter, but again that's just my maintenance and care routine rearing its own head.
I honestly think that's it.
Pricing as a package, I don't want to part it all out to sell the car. I have a fair offer from my dealer on the trade, and if that is the move, they'll remove my parts and I'll list them at that time. Would take off 1250 if you didn't want the wheels, but not disassembling the car for a private sale. The car is available ASAP to be seen in North Jersey - and I can facetime or take pictures for anyone that wants something specific and is serious given the timing at hand.
Little room on the price if happily taking the entire package, but not much - I think this is a great deal for a proper parts OEM+ drivers car, but that's just me..
Will add more photos of records through the evening and of car when I get to a different computer, could be tomorrow afternoon. Thanks.

Good luck with sale. If you end up parting out, id be interested in the JCR back box and am local to ya.
If I part out, certainly will. If you're stock otherwise, I'd HIGHLY suggest getting a ride along with me in the next 7 days somehow as I think the OAP + JCR is mandatory, but I like it a bit raucous.
Bump for a stand-up guy that I know personally. One of the most anally retentive people I’ve ever met. Sad to see you let go of this gorgeous car, but excited about your journey ahead. Whoever gets this car won’t realize how lucky they are until they start to live with it and see the painstaking, meticulous attention to detail the owner pays to his rides. A true car guy and enthusiast, text book example of why “buy the seller” is the best advice in the used car market.
Okay, I’ll stop gushing now. Ask this guy any question and you will get full transparency.
Nice spec! Also nice to see an actual proper for sale ad with some other people here listing 140k cars that are like "it's white on black, has good options, 10k miles, message if interested". All you need now is some interior pics, hah.
GLWS!

Thanks for the kind words, both on the ad and the spec. I did build this car to be my long term keeper, and certainly cared for it with the same plan/intent.
I tried to put the appropriate effort into my posting, even if it’s not an ad that will be available for long; agreed completely at the state of some FS writeups we see here…its sad and doesn’t build confidence in the selling owner, IMO.
A few interior photos will come a bit later today, will be going to get the car from my storage shortly. Granted, they’re essentially all the same inside with only black as the option. And mine has silver stitch.
Also will be meeting a new rennlister in an hour or so to let him hear the exhaust setup; hopefully he chimes in with his feedback after seeing my car, but I certainly won’t ask/expect him to do so.
Just so happened that I was off work today for some errands and had the opportunity to meet up and lay eyes (and ears) on the car. It’s been reiterated many times that one should really be buying the seller and in the hour or so that spent talking with the seller, you can tell that he is a true enthusiast that drives his cars and ensures maintenance is above and beyond the bare minimums. I will knock him for being “late”, as he was warming up the car before meeting up with me and going thru the rev ranges. The car presents well and as the seller noted, small stone chip on the windshield. PPF has been applied and is in very good condition. Nothing out the ordinary on a drive aside from probably the most amazing exhaust note on a 718 GT4. If the spec speaks to you, would encourage you to speak with the seller. Though selfishly, I hope he parts it out.

glws bro!
Thank you buddy, really appreciate the kind words! Never found you on RL before, but I guess this car is really an attention getter and easy to identify! I'm gonna miss the **** out of her....

Thank you very much for commenting here, and sharing your take-aways after seeing the car. Exhaust is offered first to you if the car doesn't go as-is. Very nice to meet you today, I know you'll have a ball with that new car whether it gets this JCR or not, and seriously wishing you nothing but the best of luck with everything else. Very happy to meet other enthusiasts, and I think the car presents pretty well too!
Another bump for a great seller that I know personally. I've also seen and driven this car and it is 100% the real deal. The experience I had driving this car is what made me go full in on getting a GT3. If I didn't have a build I was about to take delivery of, I would 100% be buying this GT4. It's an amazing machine that's been cared for, over-maintained and stored when not in use. The owner will not drive when the weather is bad outside. He is very an@l about his cars and bought this one to keep, so it's in perfect condition. PPF all over and done at a high end local shop. The exhaust sounds incredible and adds to the experience. Another plug for buy the seller, not the car. (Although the car is also amazing).
Bump for a good guy. Met him at my buddy's detail shop Pure Autowerkz a couple weeks back. Car is as good as they come. He is also a very knowledgeable and stand up individual. Buy with confidence.
Bumping to the top, there's got to be someone hunting for this spec out there. Parts will start coming off early next week, only a week left before it'll go into a dealer for their marking-up.
