GT3 Touring
Hi - I was looking at the VIN of your Touring and it appears not to be complete/correct? Would it be possible to include the correct one? I am interested in a trade. I have a completely, nut and bolt restored 1966 air cooled 912 in Irish Green and light beige interior that won the Porsche restoration award at the LA Experience Center. It also has a Wilhoit bored and stroked 2.1L. Let me know if you have an interest and I can send a PM.
Thanks in advance. |

Thanks in advance. In any case, I'm more interested in a trade for a slightly newer 911 (1978-1998). I've updated my original post accordingly. |
Thanks for the follow up and I understand your interest in another generation. Yes, I assume PM blocked due to post count I have not spent a lot of time on this forum. Great car spec and color that you’ve selected. Good luck with the sale.

I may have a trade scenario that could work for both of us, 1997 993 C4S Aerokit ( factory), M/T Black/Black, I’m the third owner, 22xxx miles, always Porsche dealer serviced, original paint exception of front bumper and drivers door ( I had the check strap repaired correctly and required a respray on the door, blended perfectly) PPF on full front clip plus rear hips, definitely one of the finest C4S in the country. Pristine in every manner Pm if interested.

Thank you very much to everyone who has expressed interest! I've had lots of great conversations with fellow Rennlisters and some amazing trade offers. That said, I've since concluded it would be simpler to sell the car outright at this point.
I think I have responded to everyone's messages, but please PM me again if not. |
???
Okay, since nobody has asked this. What is wrong with this car? 245 is literally impossible. Owner is throwing away 50 grand and has no takers.

it’s like a $185k MSRP based on what I can tell. So it’s already $60k over + no leather which for some ppl is a must. The touring that are $270-$290k on BAT are higher MSRP and 1k miles or less. This car is beautiful and for under $250k looks like a good deal for someone that likes the spec. |
Rubber dash…

I don’t think there’s anything wrong with it.

This car is beautiful and for under $250k looks like a good deal for someone that likes the spec. The MSRP on this car was $188,260 and the minimalist build reflects my individual preferences. All the Porsches I've owned over the years have had a simpler spec as I'm not a fan of extra leather (especially on the dashboard), deviated stitching, sport chrono, parking sensors, etc., but to each his own. I also ordered the car without the intention of selling it so soon, but sometimes life has a way of serving up surprises. There is nothing wrong with this car. I am a transparent seller who has been a Rennlist member for 20 years and a Porsche enthusiast for considerably longer than that. I'm simply looking for a straightforward transaction with someone who appreciates it as much as I do. |
