2012 Carrera 991 7 speed manual transmission, PASM, Premium Plus package (entry and drive, heated/ventilated seats), Bose, 14-way seats, model designation delete, no sunroof. I am the 3rd (Atlanta based) owner with all dealer service records since new. Clean Carfax, no accidents, and well-maintained. I purchased Oct 2017 at which time 40k/4 year service including spark plugs and new battery was performed by the dealer at 32k miles. During my ownership, I have replaced brake pads all corners, front rotors, had calipers professional refinished gloss black (no dingy bare metal), flushed the brake fluid with ATE, and performed 50k/5 year service Oct 2018 at 42k miles. Excellent car, no stories. $52,900.
