PRICE DROP 964 911 turbo speedline replicas with tires 3 piece

I had these on my 1991 turbo.
I believe they are 3 piece
tires are like new but have slight flat spotting- goes away after about 5-10 minutes of driving.
Continental extreme contact performance tires 265/35zr18 back225/40zr18 front

from what i can measure wheels look like 9" front 11" rear
