I am selling my C4S, and returning the vehicle to stock. In the winter of 2016/17 I had a brand new GT3 front bumper assembly installed. The bumper was painted in factory black to the highest standards, and fully wrapped in Xpel Ultimate PPF. It also was treated with ceramic nano-coating. The bumper is in perfect condition, and has never been damaged. There is an approximately 3/4" light nick in the PPF that is barely noticeable, but I highlighted in one of the photos to be clear about the condition. The underside does have some light scratches from driveway aprons (obviously can only be seen when car is on a lift). Only other thing worth noting is that the front center grill was snipped to allow passage of my laser diffuser sensor wires and front parking camera wire. You likely would be fine not replacing it, but noting none the less.

You will need to transfer your LED DRLs, wiring harness and a few attachment parts from your existing bumper, but otherwise everything about is pretty much all you need to have a fully functioning GT3 front bumper.

I have the original box from Porsche that the bumper came in which currently holds my original bumper, but I wouldn't recommend shipping unless you want to take the risk of the paint getting marred. Local pickup suggested, but I can work with you to arrange freight shipping if you aren't willing to risk the paint issue.
