Switch kit (99161395907) with metal/body color sunroof. Missing PSE and "Sport" buttons (but you can reuse your own), $85 SHIPPED to anywhere continental US. Great used condition. -Dom

How do the buttons come out, from behind? And the same for the chrome strips?

Yes, once you take the circuit board out (be careful with the assembly for the sunroof buttons), you push the buttons out from underneath.
