Default Porsche’s Head of Style interviewed on Taycan

Porsche recently released an interview with its Head of Style, Michael Mauer, along with some detailed sketched of the production sheetmetal, and it's a great read. Check it out here!

The "foot garages" of the Taycan have gotten attention, as mentioned in this interview. Note, however, that the Model 3 has them but they are subtle enough that I didn't notice until recently.

I wonder how the center of gravity has been treated in the design. If the design goal was to be the same as a 911, could the car have actually been a little taller? But did Maurer set the height to look like a sports car should, or ensure it looked different from a Panamera? Not sure where I stand on this point, but I like the relatively upright driving position of my '82 911.
