Nah.... I do not believe this is the final production version. The binnacle looks different and the shift selector looks stupid. I could see this as an early design test that someone discovered.

Agree. You can tell this is CGI from the hand, the 2 cars that appear in the reverse camera mode, followed by a brick pillar immediately in front of the car, thereafter. It’s clear this isn’t a real parking garage. Although I would love this type of shifter in the Taycan, I don’t see it happening for this price point. If they made a 250k+ plus Mission-e, maybe ;-)
