Could very well be the PSCB even though they must be beyond testing if they are an option in the Cayenne and already on the road. Good for a mileage test though.

I'm seeing the possibility of a wraparound rear taillight/brakelight. The tiny brake lights in the back are definitely under a cover.

The "sound" at 3:50. Is this synthetic like the speculated "fake engine noise" from the video mentioned below?
