Default Give us the coupe version...

If the suicide doors have to go, why not just build a coupe? The typical 4 door sedan we have been seeing is looking nothing like the concept. Many are disappointed.

Why not just build a coupe? Or --- Is this the new 911?

How quickly excitement has turned into disappointment. I was stoked to see Mission E concept, but after seeing all the "spy" photos I'm pretty bummed. Glad my dealer didn't require a deposit. I'd be asking for it back.

Quite correct, I remain on the list, but if they had any money of mine I would vote with my dollars and demonstrate my disappointment with the current version of the car.

The coupe? I want that...

They have the basic hardware in the Taycan, would it take any major modification to make a coupe design?

I was told by my dealer the backseat is as useable as the back seat on a standard 911. The batteries take up a lot of floor space so save for your children or vertically challenged friends no one is fitting back there.

IIRC, the foot space in the rear seats is provided by NOT having batteries where feet would go. I don't think your dealer has quite the right story.

Taycan Targa......AUTOCAR has a Porsche story about the Taycan and other EV's.
Porsche is planning a battery-electric SUV and all-electric Boxster/Cayman sports car, plus a Taycan Targa, for launch by 2022 as part of its investment in electrification.
