Just got this from a NorCal racer... "We've got 12 NorCal Spec Boxsters planning on Laguna, including all the fastest racers. Several more probably will jump in. I think we'll also get several of the SoCal guys to come up. I've heard PCA is trying to add a second run group."

Sounds like we have a race boys!

Definitely! I really hope we get a 2nd run group so that there's room for everyone to sign up rather than becoming a lottery with limited numbers of same class cars running.

Yeah - that's a great turnout. I'm already committed to be at Hastings this year which is the same weekend and Laguna is my "big" event from a towing perspective for 2016.

I have plans to be at Watkins Glen next year to see what the fuss is all about.

Do you know who is making the decision? We can start the lobbying now.

Scca needs to give PCA another hour or two of track time for it to work and we need like 35+ committed SPB drivers

Richard French is the GGR racing chair - you should email him and tell him how many Texas guys can come

Hear you guys are fast will be fun to run with you all

I reached out to the Texas and Colorado drivers just now to get some indications.

Looking forward to it as well. I'm thinking of doing the Skip Barber school the day before to get some more track time.

Some great numbers for SPBs if they can get us all in. At the time of this post - 18 SPBs registered.
