Help with pricing for [almost complete] SPB Build
I may be parting with my build. New kid on the way in March. I don't think I'll ever be able to race it given current situations, so I'm really considering letting it go.
Punchline: almost finished a SPB, got divorced, got remarried, new kid on the way - never driven, everything on the car is new - zero miles. Never log booked. I have no idea what the range might be, so I would like to ask here.
Bought low mileage, no story 1999 boxster in 2013 (39,000 miles). Started build early 2014.
The spec sheet for parts and the parts themselves were provided by John Gladwill (which included a lot of Tarett parts - (wheel studs, racing exhaust, shift riser, etc etc))
Cage installed in late 2015 by Lucas Racing in Houston
The car has sat in my garage in or the shop since the build.
I'm not really familiar with the market now, but I've seen cars ranging from $15K - $50+. Additional info below, pics will be posted separately.

- I was thinking somewhere in the low-mid 20's, but I honestly don't know if that's the "he really doesn't want to sell it price" or the "something is wrong with the car price."

- No miles on engine since the build
- No miles on tranny since the build
- No miles on suspension since the build
- No wear on seat / steering wheel / etc.
- Car and parts alone come to around 35K+, and everything is essentially like it was just put on.
- Part numbers are on the receipts in the following posts.
- Pics way below [I don't have any very recent pics of the car, as it's been at the shop]

Thanks everyone.
I think I'm going to finish it out. There are only a few items left and then clean-up and painting. I may try to get a few laps in as well so I have a baseline to report when I do sell it.
