If you want to bypass CCU control of the oil cooler fan on your 964 or 993 this little item is the ticket. Uses the stock temp sender. Has two speeds programmable by temperature. $75. (Purchased because I thought the CCU had failed, but the problem turned out to be elsewhere, so I don't need it)
