Default FS: 1998 993 c4s

Interior:
-sparco pedals
-factory stainless "Carrera C4S" door sills

Upgrades:
-xenon lights
-Your choice of wheels:
-996 turbo hollow spoke wheels in excellent conditon with conti sport contact II's (80% remaining on rubber)
-993 turbo hollow spoke wheels in excellent conditon with PS2's (75% remaining on rubber)

-"c4s" centercaps

-differential fluid
-tranny fluid
-oil change
-fuel filter
-pollen filter
-air filter
-new distributors/rotors
-New windshield in 2006
-All maintenance performed at Eisenbud's in Denver

Misc:
-last year of the 993, less than 300 c4s' made the last year!
-Exhaust sound is perfect (just loud enough but not obnoxious)
-all records
-Colorado car, so no rust
-cosmetically and Mechanically excellent except for very slight oil leak (dime size after a week of sitting)
-burns 2/3 quart of oil per 1000 miles
-no sai issues, ever

I love this car, the only reason I am selling this car is because at altitude I need forced induction (turbo) to compensate for the loss of power at

(20% approx loss at my elevation). If I was at sea level, I would keep this car forever. It is well-serviced and won't need anything for many miles.

$41,000

The car is back for sale. PPI was good but Jeff's financial situation changed.
New price $38750 rennlisters only. I need to sell this in the next week to save on my tax bill for the "new to me" turbo.
thanks!

As many of you have followed my search for a 993, I felt it necessary to share what happened wtih my deal with "troppo" (Greg)

He and I had put a deal together on his beautiful 1998 993 C4S. I have had the car checked out by Eisenbuds in Denver, and the PPI came out very positive (Cylinder #1 had 4% on leakdown and a slight leak from the front pinion).

Unfortunately, in the last 24 hrs. my situation has changed both financially and personally. I went from excited to nervous to physically anxious due to outside pressures. It was at this point that Greg and I spoke and we decided the best thing was for him to put the C4S back on the market. I am embarassed and ashamed, but know the decision to cancel the purchase was in my family's best interest. This had nothing to do with the condition of the car, and don't want anyone else to think otherwise.

That said, Greg has REDUCED the price of his C4S so that he can sell it before he has to pay tax on his newly acquired 993TT. I can tell you that he is honest, trustworthy, and eager to make the deal happen, just as he did with me. Please see his ads and if you have been looking for a C4S, at $38,750 one would be stupid to pass it up. I wish I could be that person, but it will take a couple of months to get back to that level. I may have to rethink my financial ability for the moment.

I'll be taking a few days off now.

Best regards,

Jeff
