Mike - Terrific pix! You did a great job setting up the breakfast! Sorry I couldn't stay for the run afterwards, but it was great meeting some new p-car nuts and seeing old friends again. Your 996 is pretty awesome; you've done a great job on the paint - it feels like butter!

By the way - when you installed your RS splitters on the 993, did you include the stock "chin" with the car when you sold it? Mine is looking pretty sad and I was hoping I might be able to buy yours if you still have it.

Man, I wish I would have known earlier that you needed the OEM valance. I just gave them to the new owner. I'll ask him if he's willing to sell them back. I'll get back wioth you.

I haven't RSVP'd for the Boxster unveiling, and am not sure if it will be worth it. The dealer's handling of the 911 40th anniversary celebration left much to be desired, IMO. Hopefully the Boxster intro will have a bit more involvement from them.

My bust on the valance. I didn't even think about it until I remembered you had the RS splitters installed. Don't go to too much trouble to get it back; I can live with mine as it is, although I may need one after the May DE!

Duncan, We'd love to have you and Jessica anytime. It will be real great if you'll be there for the OBX run since you know the place, we feel more secured with the route going around downtown with you around.
