All, I'm too lazy to search..

Is there any consensus on which one works the best? I have used the Rennline version with magnetic in the past but if I remember right it the phone has to come out of the case? Any suggestions appreciated.

Thank you! Looks like a nice product. Similar to how the Rennline unit mounts. Do I need the connecting arm? Or just the base unit and the phone holder? I assume the arm brings the unit closer to the driver? Of course they don't have voice customer service..

 

You'll need 2 of these things to mount the phone (found at the bottom of that link): Arm & Mount (either non-charging, or charging mount)



Also, any RAM Arm for a 1" ball work as well. Or if you have a Catalyst, those arms also work.

I personally use a longer RAM arm that I bought on Amazon, just so that I can position the phone to where I want it. But they aren't as slick looking like Anima's arm.

 

no it doesn't. just put one of these on the back of your case and you are set.

 

I have this setup. IT'S A TANK! Crazy sturdy. And you can always get a case that includes a metal ring, or even add a metal ring to your existing case. (warning: the magnet is so strong it pulls my magnetic metal ring off my case every time lol)

 

I’ve had both the Rennline that installs to the side of the screen and the mounts they clip in between the two air vents in the middle. The air vent one is way better since your phone becomes eye level.
