Good morning,
It is very high. Not sure about your mileage but should be a major service including oil change and filter, brake flush and coolant flush. This should run about $1,500-2000 (depending on dealer).
In addition, spark plugs replacement and maybe air filter replacement (requiring rear bumper removal). Set of spark plugs is about $300-350 and air filters $750 + 2.5-3h labor (rate depending on your region, in Michigan varies from $200-240/h depending Porsche dealer). Accessory belt should be at 6 years.
Wiper and cabin filters, you can do it in 10min (easy) on your own for $80 total or let dealer do it and probably will charge you $400-500 extra.
Except if they are replacing brake rotors and pads, not sure why you have been quoted so high.
Can you ask what they are planning to perform (scope of work)?

4 year maintenance includes:
Oil change
Brake fluid flush
Engine Air Filter
Cabin Filters
Spark plug change
Serpentine Belt replacement (which requires dropping the exhaust)
Routine inspections

Coolant flush is not part of this service. Serpentine belt is every 4 years on the 992 GT3s not every 6 years.

I did mine DIY last December for $1,358 in parts and about 8 hours of my time.

Side note:
I am looking at Porsche Scheduled Maintenance Plan (PSMP) pricing for a 992.2. The price list shows $6155 today. Looking 3-4 years into the future-this looks like a fair deal to me. The only thing I don't like is this plan stays with the car and if something happens to your car (total loss) then this plan is total loss.

I just did all fluids, PDK service, spark plugs, belts all filters about $4K.
At 12K track miles we have to do the CL stuff I'm sure that s$10K coming up.

Centerlocks, uprights, etc. They time out, haven't checked the service interval for 992RS in manual yet.

At 12k track miles, I think you need to change wheel bearings at both axles.

New centerlock bolts are $665 each (x4). These used to be about half as much.

Parts for (all) wheel bearings and hubs are $3,900:

12,000 Mile Front Wheel Bearing Kit : Suncoast Porsche Parts & Accessories

6,000 Mile Rear Wheel Bearing Kit : Suncoast Porsche Parts & Accessories

I was right at 2100 for plugs, 30k, cabin filters, and drive belt. I lucked out on the labor for the drive belt since my tensioner pulley was leaking. So got that replaced under warranty and just needed to buy the 200 dollar belt.

Find an independent shop with porsche certified techs. 150-200 hr for labor plus parts
dealership will be 400-500 per hour for same work

I posted a tik tok video in another thread where a guy was able to squeeze the belt around some bolt. It was nearly impossible to get to. It's not a good video.
