Default 2026 Macan Turbo has landed

Our 26 Turbo just landed two days ago at Freeport Texas, and the app initially said it would arrive Grapevine dealership on March 10. This morning it bumped to March 20. Anyone know of any holds on the 26 Macans? My new sales guy (Chris Conklin apparently retired - good for him!) said it may be one of the first 26 Turbo's in the states.

We were planning on driving to TX, picking it up, getting it PPF'd, tinted, coated, then driving it from Grapevine to Vail for the next six months, but this delay is screwing up all the timing. It might end up getting delivered and having the dealership stick it in my garage where it will sit untouched for months (sigh...).

Kid blew out both his MPFL's skiing and is doing back to back surgeries starting on the 26th of March so we are tied to the mountains until the fall.

Shine Supply Beadlock Pro. Including pulling the wheels and doing them - really helps snow buildup on the inside rim in Colorado

I know. The car is just 331 miles from me, not even Porsche can help, it’s caught in customs hell. Been there since March 4th.

Looks like it might be arriving at dealer on Monday. Price has gone up $4140 since I ordered it. Dealer already took $5 off MSRP and has agreed to split the cost increase with me. Hopefully with have pics on Monday. Unfortunately car will end up being placed in garage and sitting there for about 70 days until I get back down to Texas

The story continues to unfold. My sales director did his walk around and noticed a panel gapping issue on the front drivers fender. it was tiny, but he's a perfectionist. The paperwork from Germany didn't indicate any issues, but we went over every panel and turns out there was paint work done on front driver fender and door panel. He said the work was too good to be done at a PDI center so he thinks it happened in Germany. He's checking to get all the details, and said what we can expect is that we will probably get $$$ off from Porsche, or if we want we can order a new Macan. He did say it was unusual for work to be done and not have any paper trail on it.

I put it in my wife's lap. Her car, her choice.

Will update as I hear more.

if you get a do over I'd suggest some minor tweaks to your build ;-)

porsche digital key for $290 - you'll really really love phone as a key - and you don't lose anything by getting this option - you still get FOB's - but over time I'm willing to beg you come to love the phone as key implementation
AC socket in the rear area - really useful for traveling - can charge lap tops or run a battery charger - $170

minor changes slightly upgraded tech…
