Dealer just replaced my washer hose last week under warranty just as my 4 year warranty expired. Seems like only yesterday that I brought my Spyder home, but it's been 4 years. I've never operated the windshield washers even once in those 4 years. These hoses seem to all fail, so if your car is still under warranty, everyone should probably check them before the warranty expires.

Yeah, those stupid hoses are stressed from the factory sometimes. My 981 was like that, but I was able to add a bit of slack, so it shouldn't fail (I sold it long ago). I plan to check the new 781 when I install the battery pigtail, which I like to route on that same (driver's) side, where that hose is, so I'll remember when I see it. Ha ha.
