How loud will the noise of "changing new brake pad needed" be?
I heard that break pad will cause noise as notice when its life comes close to end and recently if I drive in quite street with window open, I can hear a bit of noise of squeezing, but I dont see the "changing brake light" on my dashboard, so should I care about changing it now?

Use a mirror to do a visual inspection of the pad thickness with the wheel on. It's possible the brakes just need cleaned and greased. I am not positive, but i want to say there are no squeaking wear indicators on these pads, just the brake wear indicator. My brakes squeak sometimes too but they are new.

on the G2 panamera's they have wear sensors on each pad. there is no indicator that will touch the rotor and make noise. Not sure on the G1's though.
I get some squealing on my new pads at a certain temp.

I just did all four rotors and pads on my 2013 GTS and my pad condition was similar to yours in the picture. It seems to me about time to change pads and rotors. There are no physical wear indicator but sensors. I did not get warning, but brakes were squealing like crazy. I got Textar ceramic pads on all four and SHW rotors on all four plus sensors for $1,099. Not a bad job to do as it took me about 2-1/2 hours. Make sure to get quality high temp ceramic pastes for all lube points. This is critical on top of cleaning Brembo caliper brake dusts thoroughly.
