What are replacement key fobs from Porsche going for these days, and is there still a 3 month wait?

I paid $400 plus coding. That was March this year. Waited 2 weeks.

$405 per key and $150 for coding the new keys (2 new + 1 existing). About 1 week to get the keys.

Be aware that they have to add all keys in a programming session, so take any keys that you already have, in addition to the new ones to the programming session. At least that was the guidance given me.

Once you get the new guys, make sure to remove the manual key from each fob and test to ensure that the physical key works on the physical door lock cylinder and your glove box.

$800 total for 1 key and programming... just did it here June 2024 at Boston dealership... other dealers in the area wanted the same.

Ouch. Makes me want to chain my fob to my wrist.

BTW, My 2023 Ford F-150 has the ability to program a new fob, provided I still have two that work. I did that with a refurbished factory fob for $100.

Can they program one from another car? Does it have to be new? Can I have 3 keys?
