Default Best Exhaust For TTS?

Hello. I am researching what is the best sounding aftermarket exhaust, preferably valved so I can cut sound on and off, for my new TTS. Would like more exhaust sound but do not want a super loud racing exhaust like I had with my prior M5.....don't want to drown out the Burmester tunes. ha I do not plan on going beyond Stage ! tune, no downpipes. Just a little louder but not super loud in the cabin. Any sound files from outside & inside car would be appreciated. Thanks.

So not too loud = back box but not decat etc.

I'd look at the Akra (OEM manufacturer for GT car exhausts) or Techart. Had both on 991/992 TTS and they sound amazing.

Lots of US options out there too but doesn't seem right to me. Like putting a French exhaust on a Mustang.

We have some great options made for us by Kline in stock if you would like to reach out. A valved center section might be a great place to start. 100% Guarantee

Not to hijack but I've heard some owners comment they were unhappy with their choice of aftermarket and that the exhaust controller made by a few different companies would have been a better choice. I'm also thinking about an exhaust change.

I would 100%, just do the Cargraphic valve controller first.

You said you’re doing a Stage 1 tune? Then just do that first and it will open the valves fully. Start with that then add an exhaust if you want more. You need to open the valves fully to take advantage of aftermarket valved exhausts anyways.

JCR can’t be matched. All others add that tractor diesel sound to it.
