Hi All,
Recently picked up a new to me 991.1 Turbo S, and generally am new to the Porsche world. I heard some mixed feelings about the power steering plus function on these cars from people in my local community while also reading negative experiences online. Just wondering- for those who have disabled it, did you prefer the unassisted steering more vs the assisted? I am coming from a gen 1 2015 R8 and the hydraulic steering was awesome and raw. Love the steering on the tts but wondering if I should disable the power steering function.

AFAIK it’s reversible. Try it.
As for me and my CarChick… she had PSP on her 981 and prefers non-PSP on her 991.1S. So do I.
I didn’t spec PSP on my 991TT because of that experience.
The decreased low-speed steering effort feels unnatural.
