Selling our beloved Porsche. We've had this car for 6 years and its been great to us, and absolutely babied. Just under 103,000kms, this is a BC car, we're the third owners, no accidents, clean title.

This is a 2005 Launch Edition Carrera S. These were a limited run of a specific package of Carrera S. Factory options:

- Sport Seats
- Sunroof
- PCCB Carbon Ceramic Brakes (70-80% pad life, discs like new)
- PASM Dampers
- Sport Chrono
- Bose Premium Stereo

What is not factory:
- 19x11.5 and 19.8.5 BBS CH-R monoblock wheels. These are just over a year old, mint condition.
- Pirelli PZero's, rears are a year old, all 4 tires are 7-8/10ths tread. I have a spare PZero around the same depth too.
- Cargraphic X-Pipe Sport Cats, put these in a year ago, the stock cats rattled a little and these sound amazing
- Bilstein B16 PASM coilovers. Previous owner installed these, they work with the PASM system so you can tune the stiffness of the ride just like from the factory.
- H&R swaybars
- RSS suspension arms
- Center radiator, this is the OEM kit but installed in the last year.
- Pioneer Double DIN touchscreen stereo. I installed this, works with Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, sounds great with the factory amp and subs from Bose
- Flat 6 motorsports intake elbow kit, nice improvement in sound

I have nearly a full maintenance history from previous owners, and a full maintenance breakdown since I've owned it. All major servicing is done, absolutely nothing needed. Oil changes every 5,000kms or better.
- Motul Synthetic + MOS2 additive each oil change for 6 years
- Sachs clutch and flywheel done last fall with clutch bleed
- Center radiator kit Porsche OEM + coolant flush and fill
- Brake bleed with Motul fluid
- Brakes and tires all around 70-80% life
- New engine mounts OEM

- A couple small scuffs on the front lower lip on the bumper, typical stuff
- Couple scratches on the bumperettes on the rear
- Couple minor scratches on the rear bumper
- Small chip on passenger door edge
- Windshield is being replaced before I sell it, 2 tiny chips that have minor cracks
- One small ding in the front hood, but can be repaired with paintless dent repair. The entire front clip is covered with 3M protective film

Also the Carrera S badging is missing in the back as it scuffed when I was detailing the car. I have a new Carrera S badge on order and will be installed exactly where it needs to be.
