Great system in excellent condition. I replaced my PSE system with this and thought it was a tone upgrade with similar volume levels on quiet/loud modes.
Now I’m parting it out and going back to the old PSE to help cover some major maintenance costs that have recently come up. Theres only a few hundred miles on them as I don’t drive the 911 much.
If you have PSE, the valves hook right up to the existing vacuum system. If not, you can run the mufflers without vacuum to stay in loud mode just like PSE. If want dual mode you’ll need to retrofit the vacuum system.
Happy to answer questions re tone. I recently posted a video on the 997 forum of this system doing a cold start and a few revs. That video hardly captures the complexity of the sound. Compared to PSE the sound is throatier and less nasal with similar loudness levels. No drone. (Based only on use with factory cats).
