Looking for feedback on Powder Coating vs Ceramic Coating the exhaust tips for the PSE. The powder coating shop pushed for ceramic coating over powder coating as it can handle temperatures 4 times higher than powder coating can but the cost is also 3 times.

Anyone tried powder coating Satin Black and can confirm it held up well? Or even the good old high temp paint?

Interesting thought - is the ceramic coating available in colors/finishes to your liking? I don't think I've heard of this done beyond ceramic coating on headers etc which aren't so much for aesthetic reasons as heat protection.

Locally here yes. The shop does all sorts of colors.
