AERO DISCS:
A highly sought-after accessory for Porsche 911s equipped with wings, both for aesthetic enhancement and improved aerodynamic performance.
Aero discs play a crucial role in streamlining the airflow around the rear wheels, preventing turbulence that can adversely affect the efficiency of the rear wing.

While the concept of using aero discs for performance gains is not new, we believe there is room for innovation in terms of their design and pricing.

First aero discs for MAG wheels are estimated for production in March.

Over the weekend, prototypes of the 992 GT3 RS aero discs for ALU wheels underwent testing on the racetrack.
The test yielded positive results, demonstrating a seamless performance without any vibrations or oscillations observed up to speeds of 270 km/h.

However, we identified certain contact points between the wheels and the discs that could potentially lead to undesired scuffing over an extended period.
To address this, modifications will be made to the molds to ensure that the only points of contact will be on flat surfaces.
This adjustment aims to preserve the powder coat on your wheels, even if you choose to remove the aero discs after years of use.
For all flat contact surfaces on the wheels, we will provide pre-cut Paint Protection Film (PPF) for optimal protection.

These modifications are scheduled to be implemented within the next two weeks, with the first customer sets expected to be delivered at the beginning of January.

Prototypes as seen on the pictures below are finished in matte lacquer.
