Just trying to figure out if it's a situation of waiting on Porsche to do another production run of the part again, or if they are truly gone for good.
Not long after installing mine and having it painted, the lip caught on something - just a very minor and typical scrape - nothing major, but instead of the lip just bending or popping out of the slots the tabs lock into on the bumper (as it was designed to do), it literally broke the bumper - the row of slots across the bottom of the bumper that the spoiler tabs fit into split into two - top half separated from bottom half.

Probably not low production volume and fairly new cars not a lot at the recycling shops

I've got the full kit available.

For those in the market for a 997.2 aerokit front bumper, also do a search for "sport design" and "GTS" bumpers. They are the same bumpers and you might be able to find one new or in the used market. Good luck.

All three lips are just south of $2K now if new (Suncoast). OEM GTS are $1600, Speedster and Aero are more.
Have not seen, except @hexagone 's rear piece, for sale in a long while.
If the parts are the wrong color the paint is not cheap based on my recent experience.
Front bumper and lip was $2K at a Porsche Certified shop in SoCal. PPF was another $900 by the best guy in LA (allegedly!).
