Default Advice on maybe buying this CPO 2015 Carrera S

Hi, I was looking for some advice on possibly purchasing this CPO 911: 2015, C2S, manual, Guards red, black leather, PDCC, sports Chrono, sports exhaust. Listed for $90,900. I am looking at this car from out of state, and I am a first time Porsche buyer so hoping to get some help from the community.

Based on carfax I suspect it may have been initially a demo car. The dealer tells me the DME report shows
Range 1-3220
Range 2- 56
Range 3-7
but supposedly nothing 4-6.

Questions:

1- Are there any red flags? Would anyone be concerned about the carfax history? No accidents but sold initially with 9000 Miles.

2- Is there anything undesireable about this car? PDCC or sport PASM? Black wheels? Does one of the front parking sensors look pushed in?

3- I think the price is high. Any thoughts on a fair price?

4- Any recommendations for where to get a PPI in the Richmond VA area?

Thanks for any advice!

I think that’s way too much. I thought the pricing for similar cars are in the 70-80k range.

Ya. But it is only 12k miles. If it sold with 9k miles then it was likely a Porsche track training car? You also need to make sure 40k service was done which is $1500-$2000 at dealer.

It is hard to say what a fair price is because it is low mileage, first 9k mileage is questionable, not sure status of maintenance is. That said, price range IMO should be $78k-$84k.

My guess would be it was used at the PEC in Atlanta. I had heard they sell those cars when the reach 8-9,000 miles.

Agree that is $10k-$15k over priced for no obvious reason.

If it is a PEC car then it has been thrashed but maintained to perfection by Porsche. They are built for it, so not a huge worry.

On the other hand there are plenty of cars out there so why not find one that has been gently used and is significantly cheaper.

I'd pass.
