These came on my car when I bought it in 2015. They appear to have been painted, and the paint is flaking off. I put on phone dials and never got around to refinishing these. And I realized I am Never going to get around to finishing them. So buy them from me.
Other than the finish, they are fine - balanced, rough, not bent, not scraped up.
