Why did you BUY a GT3 TOURING?
OK, owners only please. But I did leave a few poll choices for non-owners...
Why did you PURCHASE a GT3 Touring? I have tried to sum up the sentiments I've seen in other threads. I've probably forgotten a few, but here goes...

Wish I could pick multiple options but I picked no wing. So no wing, no alcantara other than the headliner, and I got an allocation which I could get a green car. Really green was #1, actually #2 behind it being a manual.
You can go back into my posts before the Touring was announced and I was planning wing and alcantara delete on a regular GT3.

Fun poll. But you need to add: I didn't want a wing because I prefer the classic 911 shape. I couldn't care less about attention or otherwise, other peoples opinion etc.

i originally ordered a winged gt3 from an out of state dealer, was due to arrive dec 2018.... local dealer had someone flake on a touring march 2018 and i scooped it up just to get my hands on a gt3. it’s funny how life shakes out sometimes, i fell in love with the touring instantly and cancelled the winged order. i guess it was fate! lol

Many factors - I prefer the lines without the wing, I prefer leather, I wanted a more understated car, minus the wing and I will never track the car, so the wing would have served very little functional purpose for me anyway.

-Classic shape
-Less attention (I showed a "car guy" a picture of my car and he said that is not a GT3 because they have wings. So funny!)
-Prefer leather
-More noise inside. (I had a 2018 winged car and the touring has slightly more noise). Suspension is a little softer so I am thinking DSC to stiffen up??
I am in heaven!!! The car is my dream car in every way!!!
