2011 Porsche 997.2 Turbo S, Porsche Racing Green, Brown Natural Leather. This is a very beautiful and unique car, very rare. The 997.2 Turbo S is a relatively low production number car anyway (1240 coupes in North America per PCNAL), but the Porsche Racing Green is only reported in PCNAL (now PORS9) on 2 cars. Correcting this to the total number of cars would translate to about 5 coupes this color in USA/Canada. Attached is the documentation for this. The car also has a Europipe exhaust ($5K installed) and XPEL "front half of car" clear bra ($2K). The Europipe sounds awesome, lots of low-end grunt and rumble, no drone. This eliminates the vacuum cleaner sound of OEM exhaust. Europipe also has 100 CEL cats so flows much better than stock (200 CEL).
I am the second owner and have owned the car for about 4 years. Clean Carfax, no accidents, no paintwork, never been on track. I have full records/documentation since day 1. The car is mint, perfect. I just had new tires ( Michelin Pilot Sport N2), 4 wheel alignment and new TPMS sensors done 100 miles ago at Porsche South Bay, and they did a multi-point inspection report that is perfect (attached). Oil and brake fluid flush done 1000 miles ago.
The MSRP on this car is $178K. I have seen this vary from $160-180K on 997.2 TTS for sale, so this one is very highly optioned. Be sure to compare MSRP when looking at these cars.

This is a stunner - all the right options! This is a noob question but is this a PTS? I thought they would charge for a PTS on the window sticker but there is no charge for this color.

I believe PRG and Malachite were standard upgrades on the TTS.
I am sure I am not the only one that noticed a yellow 997.2 GT3 in the background of one of the photos. May I ask if this is the reason that you are selling your Turbo S?

No, I sold the GT3 about about 6 months ago. I’m in love with my new to me 991.1 GT3RS. It is the only Porsche I need now 😊
Are you kidding me? This car is for sale? And only ... $100k?!? OMG... just, wow! I think I remember when you bought this, I can't say for sure, but I was looking at the same car and passed on it since I wasn't brave enough to "go green". I think I made a mistake. This car is stunning. Obviously, good luck with the sale, not that you'd need it, since this car will sell itself. If someone doesn't buy this one within 48 hours from right now they are TOTALLY LUNATIC CRAZY!

You are too kind Steve, thank you, brings a smile to my face. Yes, I think I have 10 guys from Rennlist after it. It is really the logistics of the first person to get here with the money. But many are on their way. I try to price the car right for a good sale. I want the buyer to be happy. It is a wonderful car. I thought I would never sell it, being so unique, always gets lots of compliments. But then the 991.1 GT3RS came along, and just wowed me. I am an old formula car racer, and I enjoy all the mechanical noise, vibration, harshness, induction noise over the lap of luxury with Boku power. The RS and TTS are on opposite ends of the spectrum.
