Default GT3-like wing on 992
Presume this is some sort of option?

All are now wide bodies, lookalike GT3 wing on non-GT 992. Hopefully it's not some GT appearance package that can be added like the M and AMG ones.

I believe a dealer launch event. Not my pic but from a dealer principals Instagram.

Aero kit making a come back? I never really liked it.

That image is very deceiving because of the angle it was shot at. The aero wing only resembles the GT3 wing from this angle. It is not as large and has less vertical to it.

996.1 and 996.2 aero packages for non-GT3 cars came with the same bumper, side skirts and rear spoiler. Porsche is not breaking new ground if they offer a GT like aero package.

Turbo wing is much lower and flat when down. Also has a fixed base across the rear deck. When raised it maybe has some similarity but this looks fixed and taller.
