Down turns straight or to the outside of the track on the OEM muffler. Dan J or Chris M can make them. I run LRP like this NP. No baffles needed.

I put a supertrap muffler on my race car for track days at lrp. By far the best move. Not more swapping exhausts or dealing with turndowns.

Funny story: if you run turn down, don’t forget to turn them up or remove before backing off trailer lol.

Thanks,

I have read those. Really trying to find one of those listed above. If I can, I will go a different route.

Thanks

I recently bought the Cargraphic set for my 2005 996 Cup. Great fitment and now I can do trackdays at tracks in Europe with strict noise regulations....even 90dB passes!

Thanks Driftking - That looks pretty good set of options. Can you send me a pointer to what you used please.

Thanks
Ray

Hi Ray,

What is the max decibel limit you can run? I have a complete Cup exhaust and it's fairly quiet but it does not have the side mufflers. However it is modular so if you find a set of those side cans you can remove the side pipes and install the side mufflers.

Hi Josh,

I am assuming ~ 90-92 db. PM sent.

I'm sorry Ray. My setup won't get your decibels that low without the side mufflers. I have every item and all hardware to build a Cup exhaust but without the side cans. I'm sorry. GLWS! Best Josh

Why would you swap out the stock exhaust when simple down turns will work. Must be missing something?

Its going to be tough to get to those dB levels with a Cup engine, here are some numbers on the different OEM setups.
