Black GT3 991.2 Thoughts?
Black Vs White
ok guys in a dilema. Always have had white cars most of my life but came across this Black GT3 MSRP 172$ w decent options and brand new. 8miles. It would be my GTS and 68k. The guys that have Black cars I know they look awesome when clean but im just a little weary about scratches and swirls etc. Not a fan of PPF so I would have to def ceramic coat it. Locally I have a GT3 in white MSRP 161$ w my car and 66$. Pics of the blck one:

Unless you are parking it outside, if you keep it waxed (or ceramic coated I suppose) black is fine. It may not look perfect all the time but that is part of the charm. Also, the black matches all the black accents on a GT3 991.2 and is the best non-PTS color IMHO.

Great looking car, and I said I would never own a black car? My .2 RS is black and yes it’s a bit*ch to keep clean. I’ve had luck with my wife GLC AMG 63, just have to be careful washing and I hate to say it I wax every two weeks it looks good.

Get the white. Parking outside with a car cover on/off on dirty car will trash it. Ceramic coating will do nothing for swirls and scratches. A cover should only go on a freshly washed car. If you're worried about it, probably best to stay away. Black is a full time job.

Had a black turbo S, get the entire front ahead of the A pillar wrapped, ceramic coat the entire car and enjoy! Make sure the shop does a paint correction & polish before the coating and the car will look good as new for years!

As long as you ppf the car, go for black. My got that looks so good. Black + Black LED is the way to go.
AND, only 2k difference and black car is basically brand new with 10k+ in options. Really no brainer.

Well let me put it this way. My White GTS had the black roof w sunroof. Now that black part would drive me nuts w light scratches etc. If this GT3 is like that black I dont think I could do it. It would drive me insane. Older I get the lazier Im getting haha. Is the roof the same black as this GT3?
