Default seeking independent shop for LA area PPI of 993 C2
About to buy a 993 C2 and am seeking recommendations of reliable and knowledgeable air-cooled Porsche shops in the LA area for a PPI. (Ideal location is the box between I405, I10 and 101.) Thanks so much. (Yes, I had similar post/request for Denver area. Trying to buy two cars. WML.)

Marc at Red Line works on mine. Have been going there since the Pete Zimmermann days. Very, very thorough...you will get the straight scoop on the car, whether you like it or not. And right in your zone.

TLG is good but in the valley, try giving Marlon a call at LA Workshop 5001. They're in the box, off the 10 between Crenshaw and Mid City. They will be as thorough as your wallet allows.

The best of the best in that area, Callas Rennsport (Torrance). He knows the 993 like few others, been to Le Mans with one, Reiser Callas Motorsports.
