I've used them for years, and they even replaced my old BMW warped rotors without any questions. You do have to cover the shipping charges unless they deem the part defective.
On a separate note, apparently Pelican Parts (as well as Turner Motorsport) has been bought out by ECS, which doesn't have a very good track record. Hopefully they don't ruin Pelican now.

Wow.... I've used FCPEuro for their great prices and service, had no idea that had the awesome replacement policy.

I found out about FCP at the track last year. I ordered rotors, SRF, oil filters, and crush washers from them for this season. My plan is to swap everything out at the end of each track season 
If only they sold Pagids and Mobil 1...
