Default Fathers Day goodies

Many of you may recall, my wife had a stained glass phase....about 3 years ago she made me a Porsche logo to put in the window of my shop. Problem was she never finished it.

This Father’s Day, it was completed...EXCEPT for the rings to hang it with...hope it doesn’t take 3 more years....

If your wife made a bunch of those and brought them to a Porsche event they'd sell like hotcakes. Guaranteed. Lord knows I'd buy one

All I got was a few phone calls, and a text. The ole lady, got me a jug of bonded bourbon. she said:" after raising 6, you deserve a drink!"

Mmmm, bourbon...

the problem with with the stained glass is her lead time, 4 years is too long!

she is actually out of that phase, and actually said to me...”stained glass is a pain, I can’t believe I enjoyed it...”

lol

Yea, I snarfed up another OB last June.

got her to start, in September-ish, then it got cold weather and I couldn’t get her into the shop, so work on her stalled out, as there was no room in the shop. Now that the white car is running, I’m Hoping to get her on the lift in the next few weeks, and I’ll park whitey below, that will have all three indoors for year round tinkering.

Hard to tell the scale. What size is this? And what a great gift. I love it
