Hi.

I am confused (as usual). The part number you list for the kit is for a kit containing the 6-pad race disk. What the pictures show is the street disc. Am I missing something?

Hello Lang. Well, I am confused too. I had no idea that my clutch may be a street clutch. I really don't know much about this clutch other than it came with the sale of my recently purchased 996.2. Originally I was stoked to have an extra clutch if neeced, but a little research showed that it is not compatible with my generation 996. I also know that the PO of my car bought the clutch kit from his mechanic, which bothers me because that means the mechanic was dishonest.

Thank you, Lang, for being observant. I did a little research. It appears I do have a P013 street clutch designed for the 996.1 3.4 liter. Most online vendors are selling the kit for $421. To sweeten the pot, I will go $320 shipped.

Where is there anything indicating street? The part # on the box is also race. Please clarify what this part is.

The box indicates a race clutch, but the P013 tag stuck to the clutch indicates street. A Google images search verifies the clutch to be street.
