GT3 RS 991.2 or GT2 RS 991
So, here is the question.
If you where able to purchase for the some money which one would it be? GT3 RS MK2 OR GT2 RS 991
When it comes to selling it same money again.
Both cars are to be used for track work and weekends drives.

Interesting opinion on NA platform.
I dont think I can disagree with that.
I come from gt3 rs 991 platform but I want more power.
Even with a Dundon race exhaust(which I have) and a tune on 991.2 maximum safely will get about 550hp.
Gt2 rs has a 150hp more.
I get hp isn't everything but its a big part of the enjoyment on the track. More competitive on the track is fun as well.
In my opinion there is nothing wrong with NA 500 PLUS HP.
I just want more and more and some more.
I am wondering which one would people take out to the track if they had both. I mean experienced track guy's.

Keep the 991.1 RS and add the GT2RS.

In my world its a bit overkill to have both.
I think its a same purpose in regards to having tham both.
I have so many cars all ready. Good cars.
I want one road registed track car.
I have given up on the cup cars btw.

a GT2RS you can‘t really drive with binary throttle commands on the road.
a GT3RS you can.
street: 3RS
only if you have to travel german autobahn twice a day for work then: 2RS.
on the track you will be faster with the 2RS.
but maybe more fun its with the 3RS if you love NA and want to learn clean driving.
just if you want to be scared also - than choose the 2RS for the track.
if cars&coffee is fun for you. choose 2RS.
otherwise i would go 3RS in your daily + track request.
always in the back of the mind. that a GT2RS have a twice as high market value.

Looking at it form a track perspective, if you don't want a real race car the 3 RS is the way to go.
Main reasons are:
1. No painful water sprayer/hassle (my track runs 40 min sessions with only 20 minutes between, don't see it working real well)
2. Real motorsports derived engine, not a modified TTS lump
3. Safety - I don't want to go 2RS speeds when it's not a full race car

GT2 vs GT3 are two different animals in my opinion. They don’t compete against each other.
If I had to pick only one I would choose the GT3 for the type of driving I do.

Mostly street use no question GT3RS..the GT2 is useless on the street, you can double the speed limit in traffic. At the track, especially larger tracks the power of the GT2 stands out.. it will drive by almost anything..if it does have heat issues (weak intercooler)max it would lose is 50hp.. with a good intercooler you would not lose much.
