Default Where are you guys buying brake pads?

I was able to find find Centric rear pads, but no one seems to sell the fronts for my base 991.2, Centric part 104.19050

Any alternatives besides OEM and Pagid?

Any experience with cool carbon pads for street use? Suncoast has a special.

I’m now running these. Seem pretty good. Very little squeak in cooler weather. Upgraded as I’ll use my C4S to take people on track. Btw, when removed OEM pads two were slightly cracked from the track time on them, which was a total of four laps.

For Track Pads call Clark at Apexperformance.net He Has Ferordo and Pagid that fit. For street use just use the stock pads...they work great...track pads ARE NOT an upgrade for the street....track pads WILL NOT stop as good on the street. Suncoast Porsche has on line good prices for stock street pads. Right now I am unaware of any other reputable brake pad company making pads to fit....

Ferodos are expensive, but seemingly best set for mixed use of street and track. As stated, I do occasional laps with mine on a track and they’re ideal. If I was doing more, I’d go with Pagids or something different. So far on street they’ve been great.

What I need is a street pad that's less expensive than the Porsche OEM pads. Centric makes them, but for whatever reason the fronts are not available from any retailer. No one seems to sell any front pads for the base 991.2.

The 991S/GTS 350mm front caliper can take a GT3 pad however Porsche made the front rotor hats larger so you cant fit anything in except a Porsche OEM pad. If you went to GiroDisc 350mm front rotor you can fit in GT3 sized pads.

For street use only thing around is OEM Porsche...which for the street or autocross where the brake never even get close to temps seen on the track work great in feel and stopping
